The staff members at Saixiang are extremely professional, kind, and helpful. They make us feel welcome and at home. From the reservation to the front desk, from the restaurant staff and the cleaning crew and the concierge at the door, everyone was courteous and nice and eager to help out during our stay. Every request was fulfilled with speed and efficiency. The breakfast buffet is good for both Chinese and Western-style foods and drinks. We have stayed at Saixiang almost for ten years now and it has stayed wonderful year after year. We look forward to coming back.
