We stayed there because we had a very early flight the next day. Airport is less than 5min away by car so very convenient place to stay. The room was big, very comfy and very clean. Very happy with our stay.

The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling

Very comfortable stay with good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and prompt in follow up. Convenient location, especially to Fansipan. We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel! Kids loved it too!

Excellent customer service. I severly injured my ankle on arrival and staff gave us ice and towels on arrival. Alisa was absolutely amazing, she gave me a crutch to use, got us a really nice driver for the day, and checked in on my ankle daily. The swimming pool was lovely too. Breakfast was great. ...
