"Très belle chambre, confortable et propre. 2 salles de bain complètes à quelques pas de chaque chambre pour environ 6 chambre. Belles et propres aussi. L'emplacement est fabuleux sur une rue piétonne près de plein de restos et de la mer. Il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre au parking payant 27 Euro/jour mais ça vaut le coup. Jonathan est super aidant et gentil Je vous recommande cet endroit à 100% J"

"We booked this place last minute and Jon was excellent at getting all the info we needed for parking and checkin quickly. We received a very detailed message about where to park and how it works as well as instructions on how to get in our room. We didn’t have any issues with either. The place was very nice and clean. We met Jon in the morning to get the discounted parking ticket and he was so friendly and showed us the map of the town and his favourite places to eat. Excellent service all...

"So close to St Maria Cathedral and the fortress with great views of harbor and city. Great area for tapas and shops. It is a walk up, and older, but that works well for me. "

"Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

"Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . "Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
