She THEN informed me that shuttle would leave at 430 am ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? GO HOTEL should be ashamed of the quality and lack of training of their front desk staff!!! It is not the staff!!!! It is ownership and upper management!!"

"2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!"
