Hello, Keeping our apartments clean is very important for us we are sorry that it did not meet your standards. We provide dish tablets, liquid soap in the kitchen and shower gel in the bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans and dishes for cooking. There is two free Nespresso you can purchase more at the reception. With my kind regards,

Great Family Location
A great set of apartments right on the slopes. A little walk in the snow to shops and restaurants, so come prepared if you don't want to travel out. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful cozy fire for a lazy night after skiing all day. Apartments are a little dated, but this isn't uncommon in this area of Switzerland. Very very clean, hosts are amazing and very helpful. You can buy a basket of wood for the fire so no need to take your own. You can also order from the local bakery the day before and its delivered to the reception the next day. There is a cabin to store your ski's plus have the use of sledges for the kids. We enjoyed our stay so much we've booked to return in 2 weeks time.

Nice stay in Leysin Lodge
Very nice little appt close to the slopes. Perfect for a family stay. Too bad the parking is far from Leysin Lodge even if the staff is very helpful in helping carrying luggage with a moto ski

Great view since very very high in mountains. Checking in before 6:000 pm was not very accommodating but reception staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated Comfort Cabins and it was a wonderful stay--truly excellent value for the money. The 2 bedroom cabins are clean and bright with a decor that can best be described as Swiss meets Scandinavian--not super fancy but really nicely thought out and very charming. Nothing dingy or old at all--fresh, bright, and clean. Our kids (ages 13 and 10) were thrilled with their own private space plus the fact that there is a great kitchen with everything you need equipment-wise to make a real meal. My husband and I love leisurely dinners in Europe but kids can have less patience for that after a couple of nights. So it was a sanity-saving option to be able to drive to the little grocery store not 5 minutes away and cook an easy meal for the family. We stayed in one night and watched the World Cup and everyone was thrilled. There is a dishwasher to make clean-up easy. The staff could not be more kind or helpful. Highly recommend for families.

Rustige ligging, mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Enige nadeel is hoge ligging, dus even naar het centrum lopen is, vooral op de terugweg, pittig

Das ist eine sehr besondere Location, kleine Bungalows, sehr ruhig, kein AutoLärm, phantastischer Blick auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge, Südseite. Die Rezeption ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Alles schön, sehr sauber, praktisch und unkompliziert.

Alles tiptop, nur das Mobiliar könnte in einem etwas besseren Zustand sein. Dabei insbesondere die Küchenausstattung und Terrassenmöbelierung, die komplett verrostet war. Alles andere war sehr schön, herrliche Aussicht, mega nette Reception, wir kommen wieder.

Nice complex on top of Leysin
The apartments are not modern, but clean and comfortable. The complex is in the middle of fields on top of Leysin. Beautiful panorama. The staff is very helpful and the apartments full with all needed stuff. The only thing to be aware of: no parking possibilities in front of the complex (the parking are located 200m away). It’s possible to drive to the complex to leave the luggages.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Unterkunft war sauber, etwas rustikal aber wie man sich eine kleinere Unterkunft in den Bergen vorstellt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war super (wie auf dem Bild)! Ist etwas abgelegen, sehr ruhig.
