Hotel needs remodeling. Rooms are tired. Bed lumpy. Black out shades had holes. Breakfast needs big help. Nothing fresh. Not the normal hotel breakfast variety. No toaster. Staff was good. Bedding scratchy. AC turned off half way through the night. Alarm was set to go off at 6am, a prank maybe? Beds sit on a large frame that sticks out- have the bruise to prove it, after a late night restroom run turned painful. Overall would not stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple.
