"I liked the room theme.It was a retro, hipster style with a large tub. The hotel had lots of things to look at and activities. The things that were a turnoff and I will probably never stay again was a lack of cleaning. I woke up on my 2nd night and had a dirty face mask in my sheets. Under the seating couch was a layer of sticky dust and wrappers. I also experienced poor customer service at the bar. I wanted just a pop and I went to speak and he said I will be with you in a minute. I waited about 5 minutes and I was still waiting so I walked away with no acknowledgement. The front desk did not compensate for the mask or cleanliness of the room. So check your sheets before you sleep. So you dont wake up to a mask wrapped on your toe."

"The hot tub was wonderful and the front desk staff and the lady working the happy gour thing were all amazing. Super friendly and gave above and beyond service making me feel welcome. "

"Overall, a great value for the price. I would absolutely stay there again. Perfectly located. Easy to find. Incredible staff. The breakfast ladies are the best. I'm not a morning person & I left smiling every morning. Good food. Evening appetizers were easily a meal. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the observation deck. Our king room with a view was great. Never ran out of hot water. The street noise is kind of loud but the hotel is downtown, so to be expected. We were so tired each night that it never kept us awake. "

"When we checked in the hotel room smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. They did move us to a different room; however we were told there was only 1 luggage cart available for the entire hotel and they didn't know where it was. The rooms were on different floors and at opposite ends so required a great deal of manual lifting an moving of our items. No apologies or offer for assistance was offered. The second room had hair in the sink and bathtub when we arrived and the toliet was not flushing. There are minimal amenities to this hotel only coffee in the mornings. By 0800 the coffee was out and when we asked if it would be refilled, we were brushed off by the desk clerk. Checked back about 30 minutes later and coffee still empty."
