I’ve been to Paris a few times and this is best stay I’ve had. The lady who checked us in on the 9th at midday was amazing! Fab location, lovely rooms and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when I come back.

Amazing location, hotel was super clean and well renovated. Bathroom was absolutely luxurious and everyone was so lovely. Definitely staying next time in Paris!

Everything was great besides our check in. We got there early and expected to wait until 3pm since there was no early check in. Staff made us wait hours after to get in our room. We could not get a clear answer as to when our room would be ready. Very frustrarting after a 12 houe flight. Also alot of the restuarants inside the hotel we wanted to dine at were closed for private events.

My stay at Hotel Plaza Étoile was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my time in Paris. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by charming cafés and restaurants, with effortless access to the metro. It made exploring the city both convenient and magical. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Waking up to such an exquisite view of the Arc de Triomphe felt like living a true Parisian dream. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Alex and Theo ensured that everything was seamless from the moment I arrived. Abdauleye always welcomed me with the kindest smile, even when I returned late at night, making sure I felt safe and cared for at all times. On my last day, Mar brightened my morning with her cheerful energy and a delicious breakfast recommendation before heading to the airport — the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. The hospitality at Hotel Plaza Étoile is genuine, thoughtful, and deeply memorable. Paris felt even more special because of the warmth I experienced here.
