"Great stay. Two weeks in unit m410. Beautiful views, spacious room, great staff. All the comforts of home. Only issues were a few days of rowdy guests. Large group of rude guests. Loud, drunk and obnoxious. They smoked cigars in the pool. Once this was brought to the attention of staff, it was handled. I’d stay here again."
"Only problem was the restaurant
Food was very mediocre lunch
Or dinner
Hotel is beautiful
Location is beautiful
Staff is excellent
Need better management on the food
It’s very disappointing and we come here like every year
Need to be fixed
ASAP"
"This hotel was truly amazing, my cousin and I enjoyed our time here immensely. We appreciate the staff and amenities available for us on property. Will be returning next year!"
"I loved my stay here, the location is close to so many food options and the ferry ports. the beach setting is beautiful and so convenient. i had an ocean view room that was stunning with a daybed and table and chairs on the balcony. i love that there was a fully stocked kitchen in the rooms, there was a market just down the street. the room was super clean and well updated, great size lots of closet storage. room was well stocked with towels, i didn’t need any more for my 5 night stay. shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. i saw many reviews about parking prior to my stay. i stayed from August 4-9th and came and went at all different times of day and night and was always able to find a spot in one of the multiple lots they have. service at the front desk was very kind and helpful to answer questions during my stay. staff at the pool and beach very kind, the restaurant staff was great as well. air conditioning and fans work well in the rooms, I have zero complaints. this is the perfect place to stay especially at the price point."
"The staff was very friendly and resourceful. The choices for meals were good. May only thing that did not like was the choice for continental breakfast . I like the idea of have a rental car company on hand, also a laundry facility that was reasonable to use."
"Really enjoyed our stay. The beach was clean, staff was friendly. Utilize the golf carts to get around the property or get your steps in!
The lady LINDSEY will pick you up on the beach or other private charters.
Our goal was to roam the island and dine at different restaurants, we took advantage of all of the restaurants on property. The coffee shop was easy for a quick breakfast.
I would recommend bringing your own yeti or purchasing one in the coffee shop to prevent your drinks from melting so fast.
I loved hanging out under the tree.
And don’t forget to use the pool and beach near Coconut Cove restaurant/ resident side"
