"Pros - Beautiful and clean property. Kind staff. Cons - Mediocre overpriced food. Went in early March pools were cold - they should have been heated. Consider transportation when budgeting. VERY expensive to take cabs anywhere usually $15 per person. But the property is too remote from town to walk. "

"The sats on the pool was dirty and the area not not kept clean. I was unable to print my boarding pass because the the printer was not working. The entire system was dirty not cleaned for months. Full of dust."

"This is a one star property. The staff is not Jolly and the property is not at all as promoted. There are significant maintenance issues along with terrible food. The only good thing is the beach but the chairs are dirty and worn. The rooms are awful and most a/c units don't operate properly. The bars are under staffed and you will wait in long lines for food and drinks at pool bar. "
