"Be sure to lock your valuables in the safe. Wife kept her wedding rings in a small jewelry bag that was kept in the dresser since she didn’t want to wear them for breakfast/pool area. Come back and room was cleaned. Getting ready to go out to dinner that night and wedding band is missing. Unfortunately no proof that cleaning team took it, but it was sure a coincidence.Report it missing, but we already knew it was gone. You never think it will happen to you until it does. Icing on top of the cake is when I went to refuel rental car and gas station charged credit card 400 dollars and then gave me receipt for another charge for the gas. Did not see notification until we were back to resort. "

"My stay at the Chic Royalton was amazing check in and out was seamless with great help with front desk clerk Aja! She was a Gem and made my stay memorable. The room upon check did smell mildewing but staff acted immediately to accommodate and the food from the coffee shop was good, buffet was mediocre, Vespa’s had the best food option and Olympus appetizer were really good!! Hunt steak was underwhelming and food came out warm and took a while. Overall experience was 8/10 highly recommended. All inclusive food isn’t always the best so explore options off of the resort to maximize experience in Antigua. "

"The location is perfect for those who want to visit St. John while on vacation in St Thomas. The pools were great to swim in after long days at the beautiful beaches. Sapphire beach is very close by! We enjoyed the music while we chilled at the beach. Coki is also a short walk away. The water was like a swimming pool!! We visited St John on 3 occasions and the ferry ride from Red Hook was very convienient. The rooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.We will definitely be back! "

"Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price."
