"Apartment was very clean. Ideal for our 3 night break although did feel a bit like student digs. We boobed with the location as it was a good 20 minute walk to the old town, a killer going back until we found ubers to get us around. Would stay nearer centre next time and I ay a little more. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "We booked a lake view room only to be told that it wasn’t available, BUT they upgraded us to a non-lake view larger room, Staff was helpful and kind. This could be a very nice hotel, but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Still, it was a great price for being right near the lake and we enjoyed our stay!"
