The staff were friendly, organised and helpful. The swimming pool was superb and was not busy at all. Both times, I went for a swim I had the entire pool to myself.

For the Views

Perfect!
We loved this hotel. It was clean, beautiful, and obviously well cared for. The room was a tad bigger than most European hotel rooms and well appointed. The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in France the week we were there. Stop looking and book this one.

Excellent hotel
We stayed for 4 nights in a room overlooking the sea. The hotel is well located near to beaches, shops and restaurants. We ate one night at the hotel although the menu is limited the food was of an excellent standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful with most of them speaking English. The hotel is rated 3 star but is more on par with a 4 star hotel. The room, although on the road side, was very quiet at night and the beds were clean and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is in the same area where you have breakfast and where we had our evening meal but this does not pose a problem as the swimming pool closes during the time residents are dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel and should we visit Sable d'Olonne again would not hesitate in staying at this hotel.

Nous avons très bien été reçu durant notre séjour. La nourriture du restaurant de l’hôtel était succulente. Le personnel de l’hôtel très professionnel et à l’écoute. Dommage que la piscine intérieure soit disposée de cette façon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Cet hôtel ne mérite malheureusement pas ses 4 étoiles... Manque de raffinement global et déçu du séjour dans son ensemble ! L'emplacement de l'établissement et la vue mer sont pourtant parfait ! Chambre pas très spacieuses, pas très raffinées pour le niveau attendu, un peu vieillottes... moquette bof, Taille TV bof... Propreté OK mais la lunette des toilettes (si on soulève et on regarde bien) est jaune (idem dans les toilettes du restaurant) ! La literie est bonne...Terrasse vue mer agréable malgré sa petite taille, mais toujours dans cette logique de niveau de prestation, le carrelage des années 70 ne passe pas... La vue est parfaite ! Le toit terrasse est sale et pas entretenu (l'étanchéité de toit se décolle). Côté Piscine... extrêmement déçu ! L'environnement n'est pas raffiné du tout ! Piscine en mosaïque dans son jus ... l'eau est bien propre mais pas chaude, les abords de la piscine sont vieux, marrons, pas super entretenus, avec de l'âge... en fait, on y va, mais on a pas envie d'y rester, ni d'y revenir ! Supplément de 18€ par personne pour accéder au SPA pendant 1H !!!! On ne s'y risque pas.... Le personnel est juste poli, gentil... ce qu'il faut, mais sans plus... là non plus, pas vraiment du 4 étoiles ! Côté Restaurant... Idem... Une viande parfaite, bonne (sauf la cuisson "bleu" pour ma compagne) mais assiette vide et aucune déco ! Prix là aussi excessif. Clairement insatisfait du rapport qualité/prix. Je passe ma vie dans les hôtels et celui là... bah BOF !
