The hotel was an ideal base for us, my husband spent his time cycling the iconic local climbs and I was able to relax, in comfort waiting for his weary return! The buffet breakfast was first class, with an excellent choice to even satisfy the fussiest of eaters. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, arranging places to eat ( as the restaurant wasn't open in the evenings) to checking whether the local cycling climbs were open or not. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone...

Amazing. We had a family skiing holiday. The hotel is within easy reach of the slopes and lifts which are a 5 minute walk away. There is also a lift that runs through the village. So you can easily access anywhere in the village by hopping on and off these, free of charge, into the evening. The staff at the hotel are helpful and kind, speaking perfect English and responding immediately to any requests, fantastic customer service that is second to none. Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it.

We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.

Staff were great at check in and breakfast, room was spotless and everything felt very new. Room was really well equipped, wish I was staying longer😅

Be mindful that there is no TV which is fine for the fact that this is a relaxing and thoughtful retreat - the wifi isn't great but againn as above. There is also no air con just a fan - we were ok with this but it can get pretty hot! Beautifully presented rooms - really lovely stay and will be back for sure.

Stayed at St Georges for a 5 night cycling trip. Family run hotel with very helpful staff. Hotel is clean, well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There is no restaurant or bar as such but you can still get a beer or soft drink with crisps and sit outside in the sun or in the lounge area. Parking is perfect with charging and a secure lock up for the bukes. Short walk into town. Definitely recommend and ideal for a cycling trip.
