The issues with this property were that the elevator only goes to the 5th floor and we had a room on the 6th floor, the circular stairwell was not ideal when carrying luggage up one floor.
The room we had as soon as we came in we saw 2 fans running, which we didnt think was a problem at first untill the room got really hot, the A/C was functioning, but even though it was set to the highest speed on the fan, it was blowing air slower that a regular fan.
I asked the staff to take a look at it, afyer telling me that that was the best the A/C worked, they only offered a small fan, which was circulating hot air.
Even though the room is advertised with A/C, it doesn't mean it works.

The property was clean bed comfortable close to all major attraction and walking distance to the Louvre area was so clean and easy to navigate. Staff were okay except for Suzanne who provided superior services.
