"The pool and Jacuzzi were only lukewarm which spoilt the experience. Breakfast only served until 10am but items were running out before then and not being replenished. No croissants, Crepes and bacon at 9.45 and the coffee machines not replenished. Some rooms on the resort side experience loud noise when the snow ploughs/conditioners pass during the night. overall an excellent 5* hotel though next to the free gondolas to 1950. "

"Amazingly convenient for getting to ESF ski school, right in the heart of 2000 with everything on your doorstep. Apartment was basic but had everything we needed. Kids loved the fountain in the pool. "

"The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go here if you expect a luxury experience - There's a five star hotel nearby if you want that, but it will be double the price and more, and the slopes are the same for everyone."

"Really lovely stay. Hotel itself is really nice & really convenient. The ski-in, ski-out access is a real winner- you’re literally on the slopes in minutes. We rented all our ski equipment from the shop onsite which was so convenient and our ski passes were waiting for us at reception upon arrival. Breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from in the buffet. Room was very comfortable with everything you need, although note to all hotels- you always need more hooks for towels in the bathroom!! All the staff were lovely and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!"

"The hotel is located 3-5 minutes from the Euchert lift. The ski locker is spacious and heated. It has special places for 4 helmets, 4 pairs of gloves and 4 pairs of skis There is almost no odor from ski clothes and equipment, which is unusual and certainly was a pleasant surprise! The junior suit where we stayed has distinct two rooms.The master bedroom a large size double bed (probably king size) and the on+suit bathroom. The living room where our 12years old slept on the double size couch, had another bathroom. We were totally independent and that gave a pleasant sense of luxury. The views from the room are spectacular and nice lounge chairs on the large size balcony accessible from both rooms were constantly used because the sun was always there. BThe facility is run very well. "
