"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "I quite enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. There are 2 saunas, jacuzzi and pool at disposal to guests and were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be that the thermostat did not seem responsive, as it never reached the set temperature during my stay but it was kept a fine 22-degrees Celsius so it was fine, I just preferred a little cooler. Would stay again!"
