Nice hotel, but definitely not 5 star

A well appointed apartment, in what appears to be a relatively newly built or refurbished block. Underfloor heating, nice bathrooms and furnishings, flatscreen tv's and a good kitchen. There is a nice pool & spa in the complex, and the boot room has heaters for boots and gloves. It is also genuinely a ski-in, ski-out boot room - although is slightly more painful if you need to get to childrens ski school which are up the hill, making it way, way quicker to actually march up the road instead and take a shortcut from there. On the downside, the Plein Sad seems to have some difficulties. The bath had a lovely selection of hair in it, one of the towels was heavy soiled, with large yellow marks on it, and numerous other small treats awaited under beds etc. where the cleaners obviously just hadn't cleaned. The shower head looked modern and huge, but was just plain useless giving little more than a small selection of drips. Even after the maintenance team had attended to it, it was only marginally improved. The reception desk were superficially helpful in the way that a large impersonal 3* complex would aim for, but way short of the pro-active approach expected for 5 stars. Overall, good facilities, but terribly let down by its team.

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Appartement design et confortable. Piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam modernes et agréables après le ski. Le local à ski permet de sécher ses chaussures et gants. Accès et retour skis aux pieds.

Une résidence hotelière haut de gamme

Un bel établissement avec un aménagement récent, moderne et très bien entretenu. La literie est très confortable. Personnel accueillant. le spa que nous n'avons pas utilisé est très moderne mais pris d'assaut par les enfants donc très très bruyant. Un peu excentré du centre de la station car situé tout en bas de la rue du soleil, mais avec les ascenseurs l'accès au centre de la station plus haut est facile. Wifi très mauvais, il faut constamment rebooter le système.

It Is Not a HOTEL. Its a RESIDENCE.

You do not have daily housekeeping and the pool it is a little cold. The rest of this residence is excellent. Especially Sami and María, the best.

Location, location, location -- great for skiing, grocery shopping and ski rental with intersport who will deliver and pick up ski rental equipment. The staff are very professional.

Décoration soignée et moderne

Belle résidence mais au vu des étoiles et des tarifs, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de prestations. Les appartements sont spacieux avec une décoration très moderne avec un beau balcon, cependant il n'y a pas assez d'équipement dans la cuisine: pas assez de couverts (en plus nous n'avons pas eu l'inventaire des anciens vacanciers), on a à disposition des appareils raclette, fondue à demander à la réception... mais le plus simple serait de l'avoir directement dans la cuisine, kit lavage cuisine assez restreint ainsi que shampoing et gel douche dans les salles de bains. Serviettes de bain renouvelées qu'une seule fois. Lors de votre réservation pensez à demander un lit 2 personnes sinon vous vous retrouvez avec 2 lits d'une personne. Notre appartement était situé en face de la résidence Pierre et vacances, mais malheureusement leurs occupants sont très bruyants, certains deversaient les bouteilles en verre régulièrement dans les poubelles vers 2-3 h du matin. Ski room avec casier chauffant mais l'accès aux pistes n'est pas du tout fait pour les débutants.

Lugnt bra läge med ski in ski out.

Vi bodde i en 4-bäddslägenhet, den hade 2 rymliga sovrum med ganska hårda sängar. Det fanns 2 badrum, ett med dusch och ett med bubbelbadkar, båda med golvvärme och handdukstork. Bubbelbadet tog evigheter att tappa upp och duschen blötte ner halva badrummet när man använde den. Det var dock inget större problem för oss då vi gick till hotellets pool varje dag efter skidåkningen och njöt av massagestrålarna och ångbastun. Läget mitt i backen, nära till mataffär, skidbutiker och resturanger mm, men ändå lugnt på nätterna passade oss utmärkt.
