This Hotel has good Parking system. So when there is big event in Stadium area. it's very convinient because it is just 15 min. walk.

The original room i booked had no A/C. So i upgraded at the time of arrival for an additional fee. There was no hot water for 2 days of my 7 day stay. The TVs need to be upgraded. Rooms were not throughly cleaned daily. I won’t be coming back to this hotel

Room did not have shower head, floor mat/towel for shower was not provided, wifi internet did not reach our room, does not come with fridge and safe. I did inform reception the shower head was missing from room and maintenance was sent 3 hrs later to add a shower head instead of changing us rooms. Will not stay here again

La habitación estaba limpia y en orden, solamente recomiendo que los cojines también los laven más a menudo porque las fundas de los mismos si estaban limpias y lavadas, pero los cojines no y tenían un ligero olor desagradable. El personal fue atento. Y lo que no me agradó definitivamente, fue que cuando reservé, según iba a tener un desayuno continental, pero al llegar al hotel, en la recepción nos dijeron que no tenían ese servicio, y de hecho la señorita me pidió que le mostrara dónde decía eso en mi reservación y por ende, se lo tuve que mostrar.

La habitación otorgada era contigua al comedor en la planta baja, por lo que todo movimiento del mobiliario del comedor (sillas, mesas, etc.) se escuchaba en las habitaciones de esa área, hasta las 11 de la noche y empezaban a las 6 de la mañana. no debería de existir habitaciones con sus ventanales hacia el comedor.

No respetan reservacion de la habitacion

Reserve con un año de anticipacion una habitacion familiar. Y por la alta demanda se la asignaron a otro huesped y me psaron a otra habitacion inferior sin siquiera compensandome por el costo , ya quenla habitacion familiar es mas costosa que la normal que me dieron. Muy mal servicio

La atención del personal muy buena, todos muy amables,el check in y check out muy rápidos,la habitación para lo que yo la ocupe bien,peroooo el baño horrible,no hay porta toallas para secarse las manos ni para colgar las toallas de ducha,tampoco hay jabonera en el lavabo,si no quieren ponerla por lo menos poner jabón líquido,la regadera de frente a la puerta así que si o si una se tiene que empapar primero de agua fría y posteriormente sufrir quemaduras para poder regular la temperatura del agua,sería conveniente pusieran regaderas tipo lluvia y quizás nos evitaríamos estás molestias en ese espacio tan reducido,además de que la.puerta de la regadera no cerraba bien y se hacía un desastre con el agua, también la mezcladora del lavabo no es la adecuada ,espero tomen en cuenta el comentario y hagan mejoras respecto al área de baño
