This hotel is downtown close to everything The bed room is clean with a confortable bed but I had to go to see the receptionist 3 times because in the room there was no toilet paper, no towels and no blankets 😞maybe the room was not ready yet 🤔

Staff was nice. There was security which was a plus but unfortunately the hotel was a little old and had no central air. Just loved that it was right at the middle of the centro and we were close to everything

El lugar en general es agradable, la ubicación excelente, muy céntrico, el servicio es bueno. Pero las camas, las almohadas, no son buenas, y no dan la comodidad requerida. Será difícil cambiar las camas siendo construidas en base de concreto? Con las almohadas sería muy sencillo el cambio.

La atención del hotel muy amable, excelnte ubicación y la relación calidad - precio , muy acequible. Sin embargo, se agradecería que, ya que es un hotel con habitaciones frías, se incluyeran mas cobijas para la cama al momento de dormir y no padecer durante la madrugada.

Un muy buen hotel céntrico y económico.
Me gustó mucho ya que es muy económico y está a unos pasos de la plaza principal, esto quiere decir que tiene todo cerca. Hay restaurantes, plazas, tiendas, entretenimiento. Tiene un gran estacionamiento, su personal es muy amable y las instalaciones están en buen estado y limpias.

Sábanas sucias y manchadas, No hacen el aseo todos los días, no proporcionan jabón y tuve que pedir papel higiénico porque no suministran, la colcha es individual para una cama matrimonial, lo único rescatable del hotel es la ubicación y los recepcionistas son amables

fue un mal experiencia, desde que llegue la persona de la recepción una mujer con tatuajes, estaba de malas y fue grosera y hasta aventó el teléfono por que no le contestaban y me dio la peor habitación del hotel y además el hotel luce viejo y sin mantenimiento, no tenían toallas. jamás volveré a ese hotel, adelante de mi había una pareje a la que también trato mal, en general el personal no tiene ningún tipo de preparación en turismo, los empelados no llevaban uniforme sino ropa normal muy mal arreglados, se les olvida que están en una ciudad turística, ojala los dueños cuiden más la atención a los clientes y pongan gente con mas preparación en la recepción.

La sabana de encima tenía manchas, no quice averiguar mucho al respecto solo la puse en otro lado para evitar tocarla, adicional entre las demás sábanas y cobijas encontré varios pelos largos (mínimo unos 4). El hotel es muy tranquilo y esta muy bien ubicado. el personal es amable.
