Overall the hotel is excellent although the internet could use improvement- it was spotty and randomly failed on occasions. But great room, price and friendly staff. Highly recommended

Staff is a nightmare, prepare to check in 3pm (no 10min, 1min or 1 sec before 3pm) and prepare to be received with a smirked face from a staff with zero hospitality . No towels in the pool if you ask for one no towel would be provided , you need to walk soaking wet to reception (2 floors) sign a receipt and return wet towels to reception, now you got another thing to worry on your trip, towels. Hotel is clean and great infrastructure Staff would destroy your experience.

Best cost-quality in the city.
I travel to that city twice a month and have stayed in different hotels. This one is by far the best in terms of cost-quality. The friendliness, cleanliness, and safety are superb. Also, it's well situated.

My reservation was cancelled without notification so I didn't have a room when I arrived at 1am. The app gave me the oprtion to reserve without credit card but when I arrived to check in the front desk told me the reservation had been cancelled from the begening due to no credit card.

Door never worked
Door worked the first time then never worked again. Had to come down with all my bags to reception, ask for a new key, go up, didn't work, go down get a key again, go up, didn't work, call the hotel from upstairs and have them send security or maintenance. Door didn't work for him either with the master key. He tried for 5 minutes and eventually it worked. The hotel said they didn't have any rooms to change us to, offered no recourse. I had to stay in my room while my room mate went out cause we wouldn't be able to come back in. Also stiff bed and old towels, weak AC.

Best hotel in Leon. Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We visit twice a year and this is definitely our new preferred hotel.
