Lo que no me gusta es el Servicio del Restaurante, sobre todo en la hora de la cena, casi ni habia clientes y aún asì nunca fueron a preguntar que necetiabamos, la mesera en turno siempre de mal genio, finalmente cuando se acerdo un mesero pedimos algo más y nunca nos lo trajeron, en fin les falta mejorar ese servicio

It sucked
A rip off. They try to scam you at every turn. I have so many charges i have to dispute. One night i had a business client stop by and they tried to extort 300 pesos from me to let him in. Stay away there's so many other nice hotels in Leon. Don't walk away, run.

Hotel has been used hard and put away wet. Signs of mold in shower. All the furnishings very tired looking, dirt around all the light switches, corridor floors visibly dirty, banquettes in breakfast area also visibly unclean. Food is sub-par at best, coffee terrible at breakfast. Staff was nice enough but rough around the edges. The hotel was nowhere near full but they chose to put me in a room facing a circus. Yup, a circus. The music which was crazy Loud went on until 11pm. When you are in town for work and have early starts this is truly unpleasant. Pretty sure something there gave me the Mexican flu.

My stay at the hottson was good very comfortable bed, nice amenities everything you can need and more. The only thing is that the room was not cleaned right there was a lot of hairs on the floor.

Totally not pleased.
I love this hotel chain and always stay at their hotels. However i didnt know they had a lower class (smart) they call it option . Now i know not to ever choose that option. Dirty smelly hallways. Needs tlc

Overall great stay! The hotel is being updated so alot of movement and constriction going on, so it can be loud at times. However, the overall hotel and first floor were beautiful.
