The stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues. The rooftop pool looked much better in the photos than in reality. Check-in was also poorly handled — we arrived at 12pm and were told after 2pm multiple times that the room would be ready in “5 minutes”, but we didn’t receive our room card ...
