"The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor.
We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests.

"The location was perfect for my needs. But the two rooms I’ve stayed in over three visits were poorly kept up. Holes in the wall and torn up furniture. Hot water heater did not work or did not work properly. The place outside the room was filthy with trash all over the property. The one staff was great but he had virtually no help. On the bright side the breakfast was delivered to my room and was excellent!"
"Our room was 3 bedrooms and certainly big enough to accommodate a large family. The property looks nice and the location is fine. The problems we encountered were: Unclean linen, when asked to change the linen, they left same linen and just made the bed again. There was no hot water at all, when asked staff to check they said there is only one room, The Presidential Suite, which has hot water, and we can take a shower there if we need a shower.
