"This hotel says it is family friendly… and it is!!! From the welcoming staff that smile and engage with the children, to toys in the lobby for the kids to play with, the management and staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests! The owners are very involved with the daily running of the hotel and you can get real pour over coffee (not instant!!) with breakfast every morning. We highly recommend to anyone traveling with or without children! "

"This may have been the nicest place I stayed in Nepal, but I only stayed at a couple other places, and it is 4 star at best. The place itself was nice, but for shower hot water I had to call the desk each day to get them to heat up the water. The shower actually had a shower curtain, which was a positive I learned for Nepal.
Also the green area in the picture is an illustion in that it is a park, not part of the property, and the lakeshore is full of litter and other garbage. I found the...

"Loved Temple Tree. Such lovely and helpful staff. Property was very pretty—nice pool and even a hot jacuzzi. Rooms were great, breakfast spread very nice. Well located right next to the lake and an easy walk into the heart of “downtown.” Really enjoyed our stay there."
