Schönes Traditionshotel mit top Innenstadtlage

Sehr schönes Traditionshotel mit perfekter Innenstadtlage. Ich war auf Geschäftsreise und es gab natürlich die entsprechenden Covid-19 bedingten Einschränkungen. Der staff des Hotels hat aber tadellos agiert um mir den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Derzeit kooperiert das Hotel zB mit einem ital. Restaurant um das "to go" Essen auf dem hoteleigenen Service ins Zimmer zu servieren. Sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück kommt aufs Zimmer und war sagenhaft. Gerade wird das Hotel noch renoviert und strahlt dann in neuem Glanz wenn sich alles wieder normalisiert.

Leider war das Zimmer mit Balkon total abgewohnt, die Schränke blind und es drückt ein ekelhafter Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche! Als ich dies am Morgen des Checkout bemängelte, hieß es ich solle doch bitte vorher bescheid geben und es tut ihr leid. Ich hatte keine Lust nach 22 Uhr auf einen Zimmer Tausch.

Eine ideale Lage um an die interessanten Punkte Leipzigs zu gelangen. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön, gut in Schuss und glänzt mit liebevollen Details. Alt und Neu sind sehr geschmackvoll gewählt und kombiniert. Auch in diesen schrecklichen Zeiten fühlt man sich sicher und das Hygienekonzept wird souverän in die Tat umgesetzt ohne zu stören. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und der Service entspricht allen Erwartungen. Der einzige winzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass Sonntag Abend Restaurant und Bar geschlossen sind.

Gefühlter 3-Sterne-Standard zum Preis von 4,5-5-Sternen. Positiv: Durchweg sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, im Wesentlichen sauber. Negativ: Sehr altmodisch - im negativen Sinne - und muffig. Die Zimmer entsprechen einfach nicht dem heutigen Standard in diesem Preissegment, von akutem Steckdosen-Mangel bis zur Ausstattung. Das größte Problem ist, dass Preis und Leistung vorne und hinten nicht stimmen. 31 Euro fürs Parken in einer Tiefgarage, die dazu nicht einmal am Hotel ist? In ähnlicher Entfernung (Hbf) gibt es Tiefgaragen für 5 Euro Tagesmiete. Auch das Frühstück war für den Preis ein schlechter Witz. Als einzige warme Speisen gibt es Ei-Speisen, zumindest theoretisch. Aufs Omelette habe ich am ersten Tag mehr als 20 Minuten gewartet, am zweiten Tag habe ich es nach über 30 Minuten abbestellt - bei halbleerem Frühstücksraum wohlgemerkt.

Hotel Fuerstenhof

An elegant hotel with friendly and kind staff. Room was lovely, service top-notch. Proximity to the city center with trams right outside the door. If I am there again I would certainly choose the Fuerstenhof.

Die Elektrik fiel im Zimmer 116 aus. Umzug am Morgen in Zimmer 117. Das Zimmer war vom Vortag nicht aufgeräumt, Leere Gläser, angefangene Waschlotionen, das Bett nicht wie gewohnt gemacht, in der Minibar standen Produkte , die die Haltbarkeit schon seit einigen Monaten überschritten hatten.

schöne zentrale lage, bucht man standardzimmer hat man aussicht auf einen kleinen dunklen innenhof, das zimmer war nicht sehr warm wir haben gefrohren und das rauschen der klimaanlage die ganze nacht stört, hinter den vorhängen standen noch leere bierflaschen vom vorgänger leicht schimmel im bad,bei 50€ frühstück für 2 pers. hätte mir von einem 5 sterne haus mehr erwartet

An sich schönes Haus. Für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel erwarte ich aber mehr. Die Angestellte im Spa Bereich hat es in drei Tagen nicht geschafft zu lächeln... kostenloses Wasser sollte außerdem Standard sein. Die Chef Kellnerin beim Frühstück ist gestresst und gereizt, betritt aber ein Prominenter den Frühstückssaal wird dieser peinlich hofiert. Die Angestellten an der Bar sind sehr freundlich. Aber einen Martini Cocktail mit einem Martini Bianco zum mixen ist provinziell. Das Abendessen ist der Vorabend aber für 40 € erwarte ich ein bisschen mehr als eine Mini Portion. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Bäder sauber. Unter unserem Bett lagen die Kopfhörer eines Vorgängers. Wann wurde da das letzte Mal gesaugt? Unser Kind, dass das künstliche Rentier im Foyer gestreichelt hat wo der harsch angemeckert von einem Mitarbeiter. Sorry, aber dann muss ich eine kleine Absperrung davor anbringen.
