With inexpensive accommodation in a intimate town. Walk distance to the train station as well as many of the tourist attractions. Easy access to the self check-in. Good size of the room with kitchen. The only thing that can be improved is the bed, which is too soft. Highly recommended

Self service apartments at an excellent location. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. It felt a bit insecure to book at a hotel with no staff outside office hours, but all questions I had were swiftly answered by email. And, the actual check-in via the machine, worked flawlessly. We'd be happy to stay in this, or another of Breas apartments again.

Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. Having an apartment with a kitchen and the laundry room were a plus. Would stay again and suggest to friends.

The aparment itself was great but be warned on saturday there is a loud nightclub nearby that plays music until after 2am in the mornig.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum und somit sind sehr viele Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Geschäfte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Innere des Gebäudes ist modern saniert. Das Appartement ist bequem mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Schade fand ich, dass anscheinend die Kontrolle der Zimmer auf Sauberkeit nicht so richtig funktioniert und wir den Dreck unserer Vorgänger im Küchenbereich vorgefunden haben. Auch die Polster der kleinen Mini Couch waren fleckig und wenig einladend. Außerdem fehlte uns ein zweier Stuhl.

Resepsjonen var ubetjent ved ankomst på søndag ettermiddag. Innsjekkingen via skjerm i inngangspartiet forløp ikke helt uten problemer, men en hyggelig ansatt besvarte vårt anrop og sørget for at vi fikk ny innsjekkingskode. Leiligheten var helt utmerket og utstyrt med nødvendig kjøkkenutstyr for selvhushold. Beliggenheten er helt optimal og i gangavstand til Operaen, Gewandhaus, Thomaskirken og alle andre kulturtilbud og severdigheter i sentrum av byen.
