Insgesamt sehr akzeptabel, schönes Zimmer (wenn auch laut), sehr zentral und gut ausgestattet. Das Barpersonal konnte keine alkoholfreien Cocktails herstellen, sondern verkaufte fast reine Zitronensäure als Cocktail. Das Frühstück war an drei Tagen sehr unterschiedlich in Menge und Qualität. Zimmerservice hat "im Prinzip" funktioniert, allerdings mit sehr stark eingeschränkter Auswahl und ungenügender Menge für zwei. Das Bad war fast sauber, die Betten top gepflegt und sehr bequem. Der Kleiderschrank ist für 2 Personen viel zu klein, selbst wenn man nur so wenige Nächte hat wie wir. Im Grunde kann man nur Kleidung aufhängen, aber nichts an Kleidung in den Schrank legen. Daher musste der Schreibtisch komplett zweckentfremdet werden.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt, ideal, um Leipzig bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch sind die ausreichend vorhandenen Parkplätze in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage, was die Anreise sehr entspannt macht. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Team ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Auch die Zimmer waren hervorragend: sauber, modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Ein Highlight war das Frühstück, das absolut top war, große Auswahl, frische Produkte und alles sehr liebevoll präsentiert. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, das durch Lage, Service und Qualität überzeugt.

Trotz der eher kleinen Größe des Hotels war mein Aufenthalt eine durchweg positive Überraschung. Das Haus wirkt modern, liegt sehr zentral und ist außergewöhnlich gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass großer Wert auf Qualität und Liebe zum Detail gelegt wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Team: Trotz des jungen Alters der Mitarbeitenden arbeitet das Personal sehr professionell, aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Die Abläufe wirken eingespielt, freundlich und effizient. Auch das gesamte Erscheinungsbild überzeugt. Zimmer, großzügige Badezimmer und öffentliche Bereiche sind makellos gepflegt. Eine konsequente Corporate Identity („Signature“) zieht sich durch das gesamte Haus und schafft einen hochwertigen Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen, hochwertigen Produkten und ist ansprechend präsentiert. Insgesamt ergibt sich ein sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild – alles wirkt harmonisch abgestimmt und professionell geführt. Besonders die Zusammenarbeit im Team trägt spürbar zur angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Gerade die kleinen Details, die in vielen großen Kettenhotels oft verloren gehen, wurden hier bewusst berücksichtigt. Genau diese Feinheiten machen den Unterschied. Es ist spürbar, dass in allen Bereichen durchdacht gearbeitet wurde – eine großartige Leistung, die überzeugt.

Zimmer sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. TV hatte leider Standardprogramme wie VOX, Pro7, RTL2 etc. nicht gehabt. Bar oben leider ohne Fassbier, nur Flaschenbier. Frühstück und Rezeptionspersonal sehr freundlich, Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gut. Leider nur ein Aufzug für das gesamte Hotel, welcher am CheckOut Tag nicht funktionierte. 5 Etage bis runter zum Ausgang.... glücklicherweise nur Handgepäck. Zimmer ansonsten angenehmes Bett mit Kühlschrank und Safe, alles wichtige vorhanden, angenehm ruhig mit Jalousien. Angenehmer Aufenthalt für den gezahlten Preis. Verbesserungspotential bei dem Barkeeper am Sonntag Abend 18 Uhr, welcher GinTonic mit dem günstigsten TonicWasser herstellen musste was es gibt, entsprechend schmeckte der GinTonic dann auch. Und das er auch die gebrauchten, vom Gast zurückgegebenen Erdnüsse (welche teils auf dem Boden lagen), dann noch gegessen hat, war auch hygienisch fragwürdig (Hinweis an den Barkeeper am 28.06.26 abends gegen 19:00 Uhr).

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ebenso das Bad. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption wie im Service- Das Frühstück war sehr gut, fehlendes wurde sofort nachgereicht. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage des Hauses waren die Geschäfte und sehenswerten Punkte der Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen, nur liegt der Eingang "etwas versteckt", so das man nicht ganz einfach den Eingang findet. Problematisch ist es, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, da das Haus mitten in der Fußgängerzone sich befindet.
