Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber, Check In und Check Out waren schnell und problemlos, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und das Service-Personal war superfreundlich, sehr aufmerksam und humorvoll. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon öfter im Balance Hotel und wir werden es auch immer wieder tun."
