What really made the stay was the people. Every employee we met was respectful and genuinely helpful. Maria especially stood out — she was professional, kind, and made us feel taken care of from check-in to check-out. That level of service is rare. "Got there very late & asked the desk girl about finding somewhere to eat. Said there aren’t any places open at 9 pm. Except maybe the grocery store. Next night found 2 nice places serving food till 10pm. Been a Wyndham member for years & couldn’t get my points when I checked out too. Not a good customer engagement experience…."
