"We were warmly greeted and taken around the hotel. There were welcome sweets in the room. There were nice gifts for our baby, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk."

Beautiful lobby that smells wonderful and had little candies and fresh Lemon water. We took a Bolt (uber) from the train station to the hotel. "
