"Hotel is just fine. We struggled with a toilet issue and there is no air conditioning which kept the room quite stuffy. We didn’t eat here so cannot account for food. "

"The room was large and bright, the bathroom was super clean and the beds were especially comfortable! The food was lovely too and there was a large range to choose from for breakfast. There was however an incident where the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building half dressed at midnight. Staff were very responsive and so were the local fire team. The matter in my opinion has already been handled by the duty manager. I will definitely be back again to stay with other family...

"Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."

"The Hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are a little tired but clean. Bathroom in need on refurbishment as looks like it did in the 80s. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. "

"At the time of our visit, the hotel had had only one day to assimilate the government instructions to close restaurants and bars. Despite this, the staff had organised themselves to allow guests to prepare a takeaway breakfast, to collect this without close contact with either staff or other guests and still provide a friendly, helpful service."
