The bedroom was clean as expected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what we have come to expect in this type of hotel, plentiful.

We stayed in a family room which was very spacious, it had a wall divider which almost felt like having two bedrooms. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast a lot, nice fruit selection in the summer, healthy juices and yoghurts, fresh bread, rolls and pastries. Excellent location, 5 minut walk to the town centre where you could find a couple of really nice places to eat. We also loved a free vineyard walk which is located literally outside the hotel. From the initial welcome; to the helpful conversation about my ongoing route plans; to the helpful offer of where to park my motorcycle safely, this was the standout stay of my journey from the UK through Germany towards Bavaria. Lovely, characterful building, affordable rate and genuine interest in me, the traveller. I will most certainly look to stay here again; so many interesting places to visit nearby, and a feeling of being 'home from home'.

A very nice, comfortable and quiet hotel.

This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans. I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!

staff printed my on line flight boarding pass and were very helpful. modern clean hotel ...ideal for train station... 10min walk to rhein and boat trips. nice pizza /pasta place called remes.

Stylish bedroom and hotel with excellent Italian restaurant and very good breakfast

Had a little gym. No other hotels in Koblenz have this. It a nice relaxed place just along the river from the city centre. Nice 15 min walk into the city. Good rooms and facilities. Easy parking in underground garage at hotel.

What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x
