Siellä oli kaikki tarvittava 6 yön majoitukseen 2 aikuiselle ja 2 lapselle (pienet shampoot ja suihkusaippuat, pyykinpesuaine, pyykinpesukone, tiskiaine, astianpesukone, astiat, lakanat, pyyhkeet, vedenkeitin..ym) Rakennuksen yhteydessä pieni lähikauppa oli plussaa. Huoneistossa oli kaksi tornimallista tuuletinta, eikä siellä ollut mitenkään tukahduttavan kuuma, vaikka parina päivänä helteet ylsivät yli 30 asteeseen.
