Very peaceful setting. Staff very extremely friendly and helpful without being in your face. We had a deluxe pool villa with our own small pool - perfect. The hotel is slightly out of Ubud but they provide a free shuttle that drops you at a supermarket near the Monkey Forest. You can also walk into the centre of Ubud from there. There are a few restaurants nearby but better to get a taxi/Grab to go further in where there is an abundance of choice. Free foot massage is lovely

We had an amazing stay at The Royal Purnama! Everything came together to make our Bali trip feel special and relaxing. Our room was beautiful, and having our own private pool was an absolute highlight. The room service was excellent, and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. We loved the floating breakfast in our pool, and the massages were such a relaxing treat. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time together. What really made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and we felt well taken care of from arrival to departure. From the peaceful surroundings to the thoughtful service, we loved every part of our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend The Royal Purnama to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing getaway in Bali!

The Villas are really lovely. Staff are amazing. Villas are a great size, and the pool is perfect. Clean and tidy. The Crumbed Poached eggs and French toast on the breakfast menu are so good. Easy and fast walk into the main shopping and restraunt area. Beach is an easy walk. Would definitely recommend and stay again
