Its practically new. 2 seperate bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds or larger, great AC (actually 3 units, one per bedroom and one in living room), a kitchen with good sized appliances and all amenities. 2 bathrooms with handheld and rainhead showers with very good water pressure are grest to have. Its a big place, our suite, 6, had its own hot jacuzzi, it was too hot outside to use it. There is a free shared clothes washer in the complex and plenty of hanging to dry...
