I arrived and there was nobody to help at reception. The owner was at the beach. When she arrived back 15 mins later, I was told I had to pay an extra 20 euros because we were 1 adult and 2 children…. Even though I had booked for the correct number of people. I paid her the 20 euros as I was too tired to argue. The room only had towels, pillows and sheets for two people instead of 3. My sheet was dirty. I was sent a feedback form that evening so I filled it in saying the check-in hadn’t gone well. The following morning, the hotel owner was aggressive and really cross that I hadn’t given her a glowing review. She told me I had to change it. The argument went on for at least 20 mins. She refused to book me a taxi. I think if you are looking for a basic hotel for if you are going windsurfing all day, this hotel would be fine. Just don’t expect any niceness.

Pessoal atencioso e tudo funcionou bem, a localização é distante de muitas coisas em Lefkada mas uma mão na roda para quem vai para Kefalonia, e a vilinha perto do hotel é incrível (excelentes restaurantes)

Locatie perfect, verder niet meer dan een 2 ster hotel, hygiëne laat zeer te wensen over, dames van de schoonmaak sluiten ook je kamer niet af, er is veel stuk, toilet, kookplaatje, airco na twee dagen gemaakt. Ze doen bij alles overdreven maar als je bij vertrek 4 uurtjes langer op de kamer wil blijven moet je een hele dag bij betalen, eerste keer maar nooit meer, hou rekening dat de bedden zo hard als beton zijn.

Hôtel calme près du vieux port

Après la surprise de la plage de galets, nous avons finalement beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'hôtel près du vieux port et au calme. La famille qui gère l'hôtel est sympathique. La déco des chambres n'est pas tout à fait actuelle et à notre goût pour un hôtel aussi récent mais très grande chambre confortable.

Schön angelegte Hotelanlage

Es waren zwei schöne Tage in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage direkt am Meer. Unser Balkon bot einen schönen Blick über die Bucht. Die Familie, die das Hotel betreibt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich das vorhandene Geschirr war vermutlich durch den Vormieter nicht richtig sauber gespült. Für 5€/Person bekommt man ein gutes Frühstück mit Brot und Toast, Wurst und Käse, Tomate, Gurke und Joghurt, Honig und Obst und Eiern.
