This is a very nice property. Many years ago, when i lived in the area, we held our company parties here. That is why I was surprised to find that my bathroom had so many issues. The shower head was leaking, so the pressure was horrible. The sink wasn't attached to the wall...it was being held up by the drain pipe. Wondering if i got the "special" room for a reason. They need to step up their repairs.

The daily access fee is not well explained and as such it is an expensive option/rip off if you are busy and unable to use the amenities which are free/included in comparable facilities in the area. The check in staff need to explain the daily access fee better PLEASE!!

The later night bar crowd (22:30- 23:30) at the restaurant is not truly controlled. Unfortunately, it requires personal intervention. This is unseemly for such an upscale facility. After dinner drinks should be had without any confrontation.

Not so great experience. The rooms were very ordinary and so was the comfort level which was also not so great either.Pool was also just ordinary or maybe I just had very high expectations.
