"The area was quiet, I appreciate the signage on the street to show the location because the street becomes sketchy looking as you are driving upwards. Customer Service was great. The hotel itself was nice and clean, Complimentary breakfast was awesome, the food was great, the Restaurant itself was ver,y welcoming. My room was ok. Once I went into the bathroom to freshen up a little before heading out again, I noticed a used wash cloth still hanging up on the shower bar. Not cool. Which made me noticed the shower itself didnt look too clean. The shower head looked awful. Ok everything can not be perfect, but then the next morning I go to take a shower, and the shower lever would not stay up at all, and the water pressure was so low. Unfortunately I'm standing in the bathroom unclothed, I just freshen up and checked out. I did let the front desk know about my concerns when I checked out. Besides the bathroom this hotel would have gotten a 5 stars from me. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year when I make a drive to visit family in PA. I always book this hotel - very convenient for my trip. The hotel itself is showing a little wear, mainly the elevators and some of the furniture. However the rooms are very spacious, room is always clean and the bed is comfortable. Every hotel staff member I encountered was very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was great!"
