We had a large clean room with Balcony. The hotel was in the center of the town so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were Very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. A Great stop over.

Good a room upgrade which was nice - slightly bigger room with better views. Clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast.

The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away. The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. Good parking, lovely room and bathroom, no air conditioning. Lovely breakfast.

Hotel was brilliant, the main attraction was the setting, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is also a 10 min walk to one castle and a short bus ride to the other. Would highly recommend.
