The check in and out process was smooth and we even got great recommendations for dinner nearby. The room was cosy and clean with everything we needed. The spa is incredible, including swimming pool, an “erlebnis” shower, sauna, and steam bath. We would definitely come back some time."

The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and features high-quality materials throughout, with a fantastic location and an excellent spa area. Everything is exceptionally well cared for, and we would happily come back again!"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities.
