Hotel rooms are always clean, spotless and never have a complaint.. very reliable very accessible. Anytime I need a room, I’m able to just get on here and reserve as I please.. building is always quiet never had a noise complaint.. my most favorite thing about the hotel is how spacious the rooms are! We stay here mostly when we are flying out of Rockford international airport but will stay here if we come to Hard Rock Casino as well. "
