"Lovely staff, delicious food downstairs.
Rooms are tidy and the bathroom is kept clean.
We stopped here to break up a trip and it was perfect. Had food, drinks and accommodation in the same spot. Check in was easy "
"We enjoyed our stay. Staff is so friendly especially young cleaner we didn't ask her for a name, but she handed us some clean towels and was really nice to our kids."

"Such a wonderful getaway! I was not optimistic about finding a nice place in this area of Sydney, but had to stay there due to my daughter’s tournament. However the Mercure was just beautiful. The hotel was lovely, with everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were incredible. Food was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. When we have future tournaments in Western Sydney, this will be our number one pick. Thank you to the lovely staff, who were always beautiful and helpful at all times of the day or night. "
"Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests. Mohamed made us feel at home and always ensuring that we had everything that we needed.
Should I visit SYD again, I would definitely stay here, everything is within close proximity and the hotel is situated in a great area, with only a 5min walk to public transport.
Thank you!
