"Key locks were worn out and keys (cards) had to be programmed multiple times. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs. The staff was great. The doors on the refrigerator was put on backwards and should be changed."

I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered."
