Bonne adresse

Très bon séjour. Établissement bien situé à proximité du Mont Saint Michel et de Saint Malo. La piscine est agréable et les logements sont propres. Si nous revenons un jour dans le coin, nous reviendrons sans doute ici.

In het midden van Bretagne. Alles netjes geregeld, veilig door de poort van de parkeerplaats. Ook de huisjes zijn goed. wij hadden in de woonkamer wat minder wifi signaal. boven en buiten op ons terras was dit veel beter. keuken netjes en er was voldoende servies en bestek. Een plus vonden wij (niet voor ons) maar wij hadden een 6 persoons huisje) maar er waren ook 6 stoelen grote eettafel en op het terras ook 6 stoelen. Dit missen wij bij andere parken regelmatig. De eigenaar/manager super attent en al het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Ook de foodtruck 's avonds is een plus. Het enige wat ik persoonlijk mis is een fitnes ruimte met loopband en fiets en wat gewichten. Ik heb nu iedere ochtend een uurtje rondjes gelopen over het park wat met het hoogte verschil ook een uitdaging was.

Bon séjour en famille

Bon séjour en famille, résidence calme, bien située et très sympathique mais qui demanderait un peu plus de soins. Accueil très bon. Bonne organisation et beaucoup de services proposés dont un Foodtruck. Nous avons trouvé que quelques éléments étaient à revoir tels que des alèses de lit très tachées, et mises parfois à l'envers pour cacher les tâches, oreillers de mauvaise qualité. Canapé tâché, peintures des murs un peu défraichies et parfois tachées. Vaisselle pas complète : pas assez de verres pour 8 personnes (juste 8) et pas de saladier par exemple. Pelouse pas tondue dans la résidence.

Un excellent point pour découvrir la région

L'accueil est très agréable et très bienveillant. Excellent état pour l'appartement. C'est un bon point de chute pour visiter la région (Dinan dinard saint malo mt st michel cancale...) Par contre il n y a rien à proximité si vous cherchez restaurant ou autres vendeurs de pizza après une journée d'excursion.

Good concept, needs some customer focus !

Actually we liked the concept, however main reason was the best price around. Even our online check in was in English, user guide of facility was in French only. Need to find the way to heat up house, my friends only succeed on second day. No shampoo, but more than that even no soap, really? During check out, reception was closed at 08:00. After we left, we learned that plenty of procedure before check out, really again? Please try to be more customer oriented.
