"The rooms were as stated however the main double bedroom is actually next to the sitting /dining/kitchen area of another apartment and the people partied til 1am.
There needs to be either some sound proofing or movement of the rooms so that one group is not disturbed by another."

"We had a lovely family stay at Crystal Resort. My children enjoyed the waterpark and the access to the beach! The staff are so friendly! Djevin brings so much energy to his role - he was amazing with keeping us entertained and laughing throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!"
"The staff were tremendous and so caring and helpful. A husband and wife caretake the place and you would have thought they owned the place based on how careful and considerate they were. I was reminded of staying at my grandma's. Everything was so clean! We had booked one day because our other accommodation was far away from the airport given the time we came in. "Property is very old, in need of renovation. Food was ok, you do get bored if you stay longer as the menu doesn’t really change. Staffs very rude, no manners, very disrespectful behavior towards guests and their own colleagues. There is room for improvement if proper actions taken."

"I would rate the hotel a 7 over 10 because the Wifi is pretty poor. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. The food options was also great, nice atmosphere and wonderful view. "
"This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one. "

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Laëtitia et Dominique pour leur excellent accueil !
