"The hotel is perfectly located by the skislopes, short walking distance and only 1 minute by car but, the hotel is dated, lacks of TLC, it's advertised that has swimming pool available but apparently they shut it in March, that was one of the reason I booked this hotel, to use the pool and the spa facilities. The shower had hair from previous guests... the tv wasn't working and dinner which was included was below average. The staff was very nice and tried to do their best but unfortunately the facility for me only served the purpose for 1 night stay but it wasn't great."

"Fantastic place for a family vacation in the snow. It’s so good to be able to ski in and out. The dinner was absolutely delicious. So was the breakfast. The rooms are big bathroom is clean and brand new nice towels nice sheets. Only down is the firmness of the mattresses and the pillows that we found very hard Other than that, we highly recommend especially it’s a very good price as well"

We checked-in late so could personalise our breakfast but apparently they do offer according to request. They went above and beyond to help us with recommendations, directions, and even local tips that only a true insider would know. We left with full hearts and with a wonderful memory.
