Shuttle had limited hrs. Intl flts from US to Europe usually arrive later. I got out of immigration later and to try to find shuttle? After flying all night? Couldn't.in wheelchair.tried to taxi.refused by taxi. Found another cab who took me to wrong hotel.dumped me. Inconvenient shuttle.hugh airport. Could go to airport 12-5 not working then.stuck.cant afford a "friend,or owner of hotel" to take me to airport for $35 a time.scam.stuck in hotel.hotel receptionist rude.read reviews, I should have listened. One bad receptionist ruined my trip. Never again. Give no stars to this place

Modern and beautiful hotel with many common spaces and very comfortable rooms. The check in process took longer than usual for some reason, but the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, the bed comfy and the bathroom very nice. They even had a space outside the bathroom with an extra mirror and magnifying mirror - so helpful! The proximity to the airport and train station was great too. We’d stay again!

The hotel is sold as a “luxury” property on hotels.com, unfortunately its hard to get that from the property itself. As you approach, you would think you are being brought to an abandoned building with all the dead plants outside. The lobby is a different story, fun, lively and well air conditioned. Once you get out of the elevator to your room you are met with a dirty hallway (floor 2) walk into your room to find a stained/dirty shower, air conditioning that doesn’t work and terrible wifi which cannot handle video streaming. I messaged the front desk regarding the A/C and received no response.
