On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. "Almost a disastrous non-stay. I didn't get access at 9pm, even though I had notified my ETA in advance. No entry code sent out in advance. Notice pasted on the door gave an incorrect contact number. Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number. "

"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"Beautiful Chateaux. Rooms and updated with beautiful decoration. We had a Junior Suite, which was quite large and had many windows. Very pleasant. The only down-side was the shower arrangement. No enclosed shower area, only a Tub on top of which the spray shower can be attached. As a result all of the water ended up on the floor! Also the faucets could use an update, as they sprayed in a jet like fashion causing the water to splash all over. There was no A/C, but fortunately during our stay in late July, the temperature was very pleasant, and there was no need for A/C. Bed was a little hard and uneven. (could use an update). Convenient free parking on the grounds available. Surrounding pastural areas and views were lovely. Breakfast was high quality and very good. "
