The upgrade that we paid for wasn’t available to they gave us bottles of water instead of refunding us the upgrade amount. Also the check-in and check-out time was insanely slow. They also tried to charge us what was already prepaid, we were the ones to have to tell him no it’s already paid.

This hotel was super convenient for our early flight at CDG the next morning. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good. The staff was very friendly. The airport shuttle was prompt.

The location is accessible by bus. Went shopping at Aeroville Mall and the bus stop was next to the property. The room is spacious, and clean. Had dinner at the hotel when we arrived, food was good and the staff were really friendly. Thank you!

Shuttle transportation to the hotel and back to the airport is a plus. Courteous hotel employees as well. I would come back at this hotel when I have to be in Paris again.

Although the hotel is extremely nice & clean, and the staff was courteous & friendly, we had a major issue with checking in. We arrived around 8:00 PM and were informed our room was not yet ready. After a long day of travelling, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. The hotel explained that they had a large number of check-outs and the staff couldn't meet the demand. The frustrating part for us was if we had arrived at the 3:00PM check-in, we would have been waiting over 6 hours for our room! Eventually around 9:30 PM, the hotel made some arrangements to allow us to stay in a different room. We ate in the hotel's restaurant during our wait, the food was ok, but significantly overpriced considering the prices around Paris (Over $20.00 for a hamburger)
